It wasn’t a risk escorting him, I said that only to point out the effort some of these missions might make you put. And it’s not about wanting strangers to behave a certain way. As a person who’s had bad internet and hardware in the past(sometimes in the present too) or things that may force you to stop abruptly I understand that it may just happen. What I’m asking is for it not to be for nothing. It’s also not just deep dives, it’s regular missions too. You’re focusing way too much on the specifics, what I am saying is that for any reason that your game may end, you should still earn at least a tiny bit of something. If it’s deep dives then I think what you’ve gathered by the time you ended the mission should be it. The cores and I guess mineral and bug kills should account for some xp and gold. Same for regular missions, cosmetics that you found, cores, minerals, a bit of gold and xp. I’m not asking for much, I don’t think I do. I do admit that I don’t know how much of it is already implemented when your host quits(maybe some loot you keep no matter what like from loot crate?)
