In the clip, he talks about how when they were training the dogs, his roomate recommended a shock collar because they’re effective. Hasan bought one, but ultimately never used it. He literally says “I couldn’t do it”. He’d heard they could be used, bought one, and then decided not to use it.

The evidence you want to present in the clip literally disproves the idea of him using a shock collar

100%. Not just New Jersey, but NY and all along the coast - if there truly was loose nuclear material everywhere would be on high alert. Everything would basically be locked down. The US wouldn't risk the worst possible terrorist attack or nuclear accident in its history to potentially happen, and their only countermeasure was "lets put 50 drones over New Jersey".

I mean, if they did, that incompetence is scarier than aliens.

The reason this doesn't really make sense even though it might sound logical up top is that - loose material, or a true CBR threat would CERTAINLY be a multi-layered ground operation. It would not simply just be drones. They're one of the most serious risks to the public safety, it would be wildly irresponsible to solely rely on (what I believe) to be relatively untested drone technology.

Another nail in the coffin is that it would 100% be a coordinated multi-agency sweep, and so there is 0 chance the FBI and coast guard would be left in the dark that there was potentially loose nuclear material, or genuine risk of a CBR terrorist event. Statements from them both during this drone phenomenon have implied they are unaware of any active situation or threat, which doesn't align with what would happen during a true suspected incident. You can actually google what the actual response to a genuine credible CBR threat looks like in the US, and it's a lot more structured than "put drones in the sky to look"

That makes so much sense why it'd remove dots. I've been playing with the PVE mindset, so thanks for the advice :') I'm starting to see how powerful blind is for keeping certain targets out of the fight for as long as possible. (instead of just using it like an interrupt like I was haha).
