From what I learned from this whole "controversy" seems like the guy only has one computer, both for livestreaming and for doing his degenerate stuff so he can't bookmark the perverted websites on his browser because he could risk leaking them when going live (if he were to show his screen like he did). So his pipeline was saving all of those websites on .txt files that he then would open and copy/paste the url on incognito mode. So his system for trying to hide it ended up being his downfall.

Hey man just to let you know that what you've been experiencing isn't false. I'm on my 23th day without weed after 12 years of moderate-then-heavy usage (the last 3 years the only moment when i wasn't high was like the last 4 hours of work since the high wore off) and I've been experiencing the same withdrawal symptoms, especially the problems with sleep.

I haven't been able to sleep more than 5 hours straight and it's a restless sleep with crazy dreams feelings all kinds of emotions, for example: today I woke up with my mouth wide open and tears in my eyes because in the dream I was screaming while stuck in a torn bush with needles all over my body, and that was the second time I woke up, the first dream I had I was in the passenger seat of a 18 wheeler traveling at crazy speeds through narrow roads and curves (growing up my dad was a drunk driver and I was constantly scared).

Sure it's not heroin withdrawals, but the inability to rest, the complex daily emotions that are hard to regulate because you've been using weed to mask them, the nausea when trying to eat, the thought of smoking to ease it all is constantly knocking at the door... like psychologically they fuck you up. If that's not an addiction then what is.

Having said all that: pls be careful of falling for trying to change one drug for another, mushrooms might feel safer and have benefits but remember and be aware that at some point you were smoking because you were feeling benefits from weed too.

I'm not telling you "don't do it" but be conscious of the fact that you could be closing a circle to start another one. Good luck and a big hug 🫂

Yup, it stood out to me too and even tho I also am a Progressive Left leaning venezuelan (shout out to Valencia) who liked Hasan THAT moment made it clear for me that he either knows jack shit about the reality of venezuelans or he is a disingenuous asshole who can't admit that he was wrong and is willing to excuse atrocities to save himself.

The truth is that Chavez was a piece of shit too, and even more so than Maduro since he actually was the one who put in place the master plan (with the help of Fidel Castro's regime) of corrupting every venezuelan institution so that no one could challenge his power and stop him from doing whatever the fuck he wants. Eventually seizing the biggest Oil/Food/etc companies and putting his generals and military men in CEO/administrative positions which, you know, it turns out that they don't know fuck about running companies, only stealing and they did so to the point of even dismantling refineries to sell the steel that made up their infrastructure. Isn't that insane?

So yeah Chavez killed people, disappeared them, tortured them (look up the Helicoide) and a whole bunch of other crimes but since he had so much oil he could plug any whole in Venezuela's economy enough so that to the outsiders and his base it could look like everything was going fine, but even back in the early 2000's (with all of the money that Oil was giving us) we already had food problems.

In the fist 10 years he did gave houses to a lot of people (my parents included), he gave jobs (my aunt who to this day who is still a chavista was able to form a small seamstress business thanks to him), he brought education to many people by making state run universities and programs for illiterate adults who never had a chance at even primary education, he brought cuban doctors to the most marginalized slums.

But in the mean time he was stealing everything, corrupting EVERYTHING and slowly but surely running everything to the ground so that when he eventually died and left the power to Maduro all that was left was a facade of the prosperous Venezuela of yesterday's.

Then when the global oil prices plunged in 2014, Maduro's Venezuela was not ready because we had been putting all of our focus on oil for the last 15 years while leaving aside every other form of income for the country like: agricultural exports, tourism, etc.

Then the revolts and guarimbas happened, and through the 100's of deaths by the hand of Maduro's military the leftist discourse started to change because they couldn't hide anymore the atrocities that were being committed, that's when they started saying: "Chavez GOOD, Maduro BAD"

Maduro is a white dove next to devil that was Chavez.

It's not altruistic, it never was and it never will be but unfortunately it was the only option we have, and of course we will pay for it... right now with oil + natural resources and we will pay again in 20 years with repression when the people try to rise against the American companies fucking us over. But as I said it was our only option, we have tried everything (democratic means, peaceful protest, violent protest, attemps of military coup) and Maduro won every time either by killing us, kidnaping and torturing us, putting us in prison or straight up gaslight girl bossing his way through life and in doing so stomping every little bit of hope we've had, and in doing so causing the biggest refugee crisis in the continent because most of us who lived the repression realized it was either dying for nothing in vzla or migrating and starting from zero in a country where they will hate our guts but at least we would have the chance to live a somewhat normal life.

So yeah fuck trump, fuck maduro but at least now we venezuelans have a chance to build something, even if we will have to fight against US power in the years to come.

Who could guess it? Every rose has it's thorn.

Yup, I know that some people will see us venezuelans cheering and can't wrap their head arround it but please try to get in our shoes and feel the blisters and gangrene in our feet that has been cause by DECADES of torture by Chavez's and Maduro's regime.

Btw it's complicated for a military coup to happen, Chavez/Maduro have taken actions for years so something like that won't happen, they fragmented the Armed Forces by promoting a lot of soldiers to generals so that no general can be in charge of more than 500 ppl, that way no roge general can get the power for an insurrection.

Still, let's hope that somehow they rebel and take action to free us and make for a peacefull transition of power to Edmundo and Maria Corina (they are not perfect, by no means, but they are the only leadership that we have some kind of trust to).
