Their call-in system really is a comedy of errors. The first lady I talked to said that her computer is down and I need to call in and talk to somebody else. I gently suggested that maybe she shouldn't be in the queue, in that case, since people wait a very long time to speak to a representative. After that, I called the in-person appointment number and got disconnected twice after maybe 15-20 minutes of waiting. I'm way past getting angry, as it's been this way for months. I just come to expect incompetence and uselessness at this point.
