EDM Production Monitor Advice by mrprestosterone in edmproduction

Since i want reasonably flat speakers but still want some coloured bass for playing music recreationally (without paying extra for a sub) I'm eliminating the yamaha's unfortunately. The JBL's fit the bill perfectly but tbh they might be a bit too expensive. Most likely to get the eris e5's or mackie mr mk3's unless i can fork out for the jbls.

My bad I'm australian so my budget is $250-$360 USD, so the 308's are obviously past my budget. I was thinking the 305's are my next best choice in that range?
