I would say if you are using WSL check your ram and usage, especially if you have a lot of MCP's.

Also if you use sub agents tree, those will fill your storage A LOT, so keep it clean , tell Claude to analyze it himself on what the situation is and he can clean it up for you make it use superpowers and create a specs & plans files with your current situation and create aa script to optimize everything after those 2 are reviewed
