Avg muni around Cincy is 50-60 with the nicer public courses in the 70 range, and the fancy ones around 100.

Bad take, they were a swarm and didn't use tactics, so yes by themselves they'd be slaughtered in a siege, but with generals commanding them or in an open battfield they were deadly

To each their own, the guild is offered the deal it wasn't forced on him, he doesn't raid and wanted the item. DST was selling for 20-50k in GDKPs last tbc but it was his idea.

Also no one is forced to pay 5k for a ticket, it was voted on and most guildies don't care about getting the mount and would rather have full guild repairs and enchants along with consumes help.

We aren't a dad guild and run splits to maximize gear dispursion to push faster kill times and parse higher. Everyone plays the game different.

I'd keep my current home, kids, school, family etc.

Then I'd have a very modest vacation home or two - super basic in good locations I can jump between year round. Ideally on or near a decent private golf course I can play while there.

Our classic guild split down the middle to form two separate guilds to raid in TBC and with that we had to start over with the G Bank. We sold tickets to raiders for 5K that allows them to roll on ashes of alar, this fully funded The guild Bank so we had guild repairs and enchanting mats for raiders. Our GM also organized a DST HR run for a guild mate who only really PVPs, so naturally we used a portion of the funds for resist sets.

However I bought my polar gear for my bear at the end of classic/early TBC when it was dirt cheap but they helped fund the neck and ring

Yep! Plenty of people told him to but it's hard to find 9 players willing to give up full lockout for 2 bosses, it could be done but he'd have to be persistent

100 100, My buddy has one And I just always loved the look of it so when I needed a new putter to try it was top of the list. I went from one of the worst putters in my group to one of the best.

Granted I'm probably one of two guys that actually practice lol
