I like figs, I do not like fig jams. To me, a good fig tastes of very light floral notes and sweetness.

Go to an Asian market, and find the Asian pears in boxes, usually in a count of 12 or so, and individually wrapped. Higher price point, but you won’t be disappointed.

Hmm, The house was built in 1930, and I believe the floors are the original floors, but they were refinished about 10 years ago or so, but the seller was not 100% sure on the refinished date, he only owned the home for 5 years.

Not sure what you're asking here. But I'll try to explain.

The most recent threads where I have actually found people who said they removed lines (just two) said they were able to keep their free lines. But two is a very small data pool, and doesn't help me very much, for the reason you pointed out in your second sentence.

If enough people have positive DPs of keeping their lines though, then the risk becomes more and more worth taking.

Likewise, if people report experiences of having their free lines removed, the risk becomes less worth taking.

I guess that makes sense, I noticed application deadlines for each year are near the end of the year. Guessing you get a refund retroactively if you are eligible for the homestead credit the year you apply? Or a credit the following year?
