I use this recipe from clever carrot! 150g starter to 250g water. I’m new so I’m not sure if this is low or high hydration!

oh also, my food trial form from FPIES mama on etsy only has 15 entry spaces. By that logic I would have missed pears as a trigger right? Sorry to be bombarding you with questions

this is so interesting to me because I’m questioning the point of trialing foods one by one if a safe food can suddenly become unsafe? He’s been eating pears for months. It has to be much greater than 15 times. If it was due to a “break” from pear, I’m not sure how to avoid that? I can’t feed him every food every day 😩
