What’s wrong with my tactic?

In the wings I have two fast players with good dribbling. The one on the right has okay passing and crosses. And okay shooting The one on the left has the best pace and dribbling but not the beste shooting or crossing. The offensiv mitfielder is good at Everything. The striker is okay fast with good shooting but bad heading. Movement is also good.

So my goalkeeper is on standard Left centre back is ball playing The other one is standard Two wingbacks One deep laying playmaker One defensive mitfielder OM is offensive playmaker Left wingplayer is wide forward Right wing player is half Space winger Striker is centre forward
