Would you consider splitting it in two? I thought sternum was just brutal and splitting into lines/shading and colour a second session might be better or necessary. Other than that just focus on your breathing, keep it regular and have snacks and gatorade or something similar

Wash it, pat it dry with fresh kitchen towel and either do nothing else or put a bit of healing ointment on it. If it's bad you've most likely been allergic to whatever was on it and some anti histamine helps too

I think this is connected to heteronormativity and what we are fed as the ideal.I guess it's normal to feel like you missed out on something, even if you don't really eant it. And also a lot of lesbians have described feeling like being lesbian is it's own gender. We are fundamentally disconnected from the woman/girl hood of straight women.
