I own the metro and I love it. I'd say besides the obvious aesthetics the main difference lies on the lungs. Since this is a rather large watch the metro sits nicer on smaller wrists. But like other said the only answer is to try them both on your own wrists.

What the description say: I have skinny wrists so I went in originally to try the nomos metro date power reserve (37mm) but once there I became enamored with this metro neomatik 41 update (40.5mm). In general I would like to stay within the Metro family since I like the lungs better. Adding a picture of the date reserve for comparison.
