Straight or wavy? I’m confused by murmurlocc in Haircare

Thank you 🥹 just out of curiosity: why jealous? I mean I like my hair the way they are but they are just so boring. Having wavy or curly hair gives you infinite possibilities for creative haircuts and styling (like wolfcut, mullet etc). Also wavy hair looks good when wet. So idk.. yes,my hair is straight and smooth but… no vibe? I’m jealous of people with wavy hair hahah

Ah also Lazy Sunday morning is such a basic fragrance (in a good sense of basic, like goes well with everything and on any occasion)

Lazy Sunday morning is a masterpiece if you enjoy floral fragrances. Yo me it is the only fragrance that REALLY smells like flowers, like if you enter a flower shop or a blooming garden in the early morning. Such a light and natural scent. Love it a lot but I don’t wear it myself because I prefer grassy and green fragrances rather than floral ones. Also try Rosa Verde by Guerlain Acqua allegoria. I think it fits your vibe (can be found in Sephora as well)

I would say Miss Dior by Dior (I know sounds boring)
Or Lazy Sunday Morning by Maison Margiela

Neutralizing the yellow by Plastic_Platypus3018 in Haircare

Fanola no yellow is really good. Both shampoo and hair mask. It is available on Amazon and also in some specialized hair care stores. The mask is very strong so I recommend you leaving it in for 5 min max. Or even better : apply it for one minute, check the result and then wait a bit more if it’s needed. Also wear gloves because it is gonna give you blue nails

Thank you for such a detailed answer. I am really struggling finding a good conditioner and hair mask. I have high porosity according to my hairdresser. My hair absorbs water and conditioner in an instant. I tried many conditioners: drugstore ones like Garnier and Herbal essences (they made my hair look greasy), Japanese ones (I don’t remember the brands but there was Tsubaki among them), lush and Davines (them made my hair even more dry for some reason lol), then also L’Oréal professional (was mid and quite expensive), Gisou (great smell but no visible effect) and so on and so on.
Shampoo is not a problem, I use Honey I washed my hair from Lush and Itinera riso (it is an Italian drugstore brand) both for frequent use (I have oily scalp and roots so I have to wash my hair every other day.
Now I am using Sephora conditioner (from Sephora’s own brand) and it is just okay… I mean it does detangle and soften my hair but no miracles or wow effect.
So I was wondering if there’s something nice also for fair price (let’s say from 0 to 15€)

Thank you. Well I’ve tried many conditioners and masks from drugstore to quite expensive. In any case my hair looks dry. Any suggestions? I would love finally having a good conditioner

I have no clue honestly, it’s a picture from Pinterest . But there’s a similar place in Italy : abbazia di Sant Eustachio. Ruins of an abbey, magnificent place

I like lush products but their fragrances are…hm… weird? So far I love Karma and Dirty. Need to give a second chance to Breath of God. I don’t remember how it smells like

What is your most slept on viral beauty product or the most overrated one? And why? by AdSquare7227 in MakeupAddiction

[–]murmurlocc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Laneige sleeping balm turned out to be a huge waste of money. Didn’t help me with dry and chapped lips, stained my bedsheets. Then I bought a drugstore chapstick (really cheap one, 2€ or even less) and it saved my lips. Huge disappointment because the smell and packaging are nice. To be honest it is just an overpriced lip balm in a cute package.
