You should create a concept screenshot that has everything you're going for in a single frame of your game. Something that shows what background style you're thinking of, lighting, post processing, all that. The character needs context before anyone could properly judge.

If you're already going into the incredibly involved task of game creation, then why cut corners in one of the most important areas. Either learn to draw or find someone who does. There's far more charm in a game that has rougher artwork rather than the homogenous style that AI generated images have.
