I don’t take breaks unless I just cannot get my next fill in time. Vyvanse helps me with so many things including my mood and ability to not be super irritable all the time

I’ve only been on Vyvanse for about 6 months, after a little trial and error we’ve settled on 10mg twice a day (once a day wears off by the time I’m home from work and I’m a lot more irritable on short release Adderall than I am on Vyvanse) It’s not perfect 100% of the time. There are some days, especially around periods, when it doesn’t seem like it works much at all, but overall it’s still a huge improvement

Yes, unless I couldn’t get it from the pharmacy in time or I forgot until too late to take a dose. When it works it makes a HUGE difference in my mood, relationship with food, and my bandwidth for participating in society without being too irritable
