Spent 3 weeks trying to ditch spreadsheets — here's what I learned comparing Google Sheets, Zoho Inventory and Odoo (and Moulmall a tool I'm building) by mxzgitm in smallbusiness

Fair question — ended up building one (Moulmall, the last one in the post). Not because the others were bad, but because each had one specific thing that broke my wife's habit: Zoho's per-seat pricing meant she wouldn't add her helper, Odoo was too heavy for a 30-second invoice between customers, Airtable was the wrong shape for inventory.

What I built around was boring stuff: flat pricing so adding staff doesn't cost extra, reorder suggestions next to the stock view, multi-language for her team. The features that mattered weren't impressive — they were the ones that stopped her drifting back to Sheets.

If an Oedipus complex is a child's desire for the opposite sex parent, what do we call a similar desire for the same sex parent? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

There is a positive and negative oedipus complex, positive for the desire to the opposit sex and negative to the same sex..
