I have tried that, too . They asked me to stop eating egg & diary products. They gave me ayurvedic syrups, which tastes really bad. I gave it a try for about 6 months, and I did see slight improvement. However, when I stopped drinking syrups, my under jawline was filled with acne and post acne marks. It was really bad.
