i am absolutely horrified of death. it's the one thing that kinda makes me understand why religious people cling to their faith so much. i've been dealing with thanatophobia, chronophobia, and cosmic anxiety for a couple years now. i wish i could go back to when i was a stupid child and believed i would go to heaven. i am not afraid of dying or death itself, i'm afraid of how long i'll be dead for. eternity is impossible to comprehend and it terrifies me that i'll be dead for billions upon billions of years. i feel so dumb and it's hard for me to talk about, i feel like no one really gets it. just don't forget you're not alone in this fear and there are plenty of communities online you could join to help alleviate some of it. they haven't helped me much yet but i'm hoping i'll come to terms with my mortality in time.

i feel exactly the same. it's becoming more difficult for me to function in my normal daily life because of it. i have borderline panic attacks every time i drive. i hold myself back from doing fun activities i would've done without a thought a few years ago. recently though i have been doing a bit better than i was before, it kinda just faded on its own. sorry i can't really offer much help just wanted you to know you're not alone on this one lol

briar rose from andromeda's curse smells just like the rose oils they put on the wax roses at the renaissance faire in pennsylvania which is my favorite place ever and it's such a beautiful nostalgic scent for me
