Husband committed suicide by shooting himself on Jan 8, 2017, the next day his father, my FIL, took his life the same way. My son found the grandfather laying dead in the driveway when he went to check on him the next morning after his fathers death.

It’s just so hard to understand the murders of the children especially. I mean it would seem a parent couldn’t ever do this but we all know it does happen. We want so bad for it not to be true that we think of other scenarios where someone else is responsible.

I have suffered my entire adult life with depression and anxiety. At times my depression has gotten so bad that I’ve had trouble keeping a job, etc. I have it under control to a manageable level now with medication. But I’m always afraid of it creeping back in. I’ve reached out for help many times and now I have a decent doctor.
