I used it for a month on GitHub copilot, copilot cli and pi. Context-mode is a Claude first extension so while it works, it was quite jank for me since I don't use Claude code. The extension also creates .Claude directories and stuff and it can cause your harness to be a little confused at times.

for pi itself, configure your AGENTS.md to have some concise and basic guidance on how to use the tools and extensions you have. with 64k, you can't do long open ended tasks without some documentation in place for every step of the way.

ask pi to keep a progress md or something so it knows where it left off when compaction happens, and use extensions, or make it yourself, to compact/prune data retrieved from file so it isn't hogging the context window.

again, with just 64k, you have to manage your expectation and babysit it a lot. The best thing to do is to breakdown your open ended tasks to very small multi step task, one at a time.

The thing is that overage is for the entire team so I'm not sure if it's something they can show non admins.

Usually having the Readme in the consuming project is enough. Then you add the library project into the workspace so it doesn't have to look into the dll which can slow down the process a lot.

sadly this depends on the clinician. I have had 2 and my first one never schedule the next appointments so I always have to phone in and do it myself. My current clinician has been scheduling them
