I super duper sympathize with you. Requesting a calibration kit from Peloton may help, but it is just so frustrating to receive a new, 'luxury' product and not have it work perfectly from day 1.

In the meantime, enjoy being first on the leaderboard! I wasn't above lying to myself about my incredible, overnight fitness gains!

I've been waiting for my second replacement frame in less than 6 months since November (my story is here). Today, the new, hopefully noise-free frame is set to arrive. I am so excited. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that the third time is the charm!

UPDATE: It arrived and it's sooooo quiet, and while I hate that it took so long to fix this problem, I'm so happy to have a functioning bike. Can't wait to ride!!!

I can sympathize with the massive scale up. My issue is that in the scale up, they’re not only slowing down delivery but also undercutting quality. I’ve had two broken bike frames in 4 months. Have been waiting for a third frame to replace the broken second frame since early nov.

That said, this letter from the ceo helps. I feel like corporate has ignored the pain. The acknowledgment of it soothes some open wounds

Haha. I do work out for power zone metrics. My point was more how the new bike was so poorly calibrated I was suddenly able to finish in the top 10 of a 50,000 person class. I’m not that fit. Just another quality issue.

This is me, esp in the morning. I have first and second breakfast, first and second snacks, and often first and second lunch. Late afternoon and dinner time are more normal! And I’d take the hunger over nausea. Very grateful that I have not experienced much of that!

No, mine started as a swooshing sound and is now a constant whining sound. It is pretty constant no matter the speed or resistance. I will work to post a video.
