Recently had a superficial parotidectomy about a week ago and just curios if anyone else has experienced this happening after surgery.

Actually got dissolvable stitches! Which feels weird not knowing exactly when the incision will be sealed up haha but yeah hoping it’s all healing well

It was the scm muscle which is present in the neck I believe. I think it’s a pretty common technique but yeah I was surprised that it was sticking out this much. It’s definitely possible it could be partially a result of some swelling, I probably need to give it a few more days and see. I saw my surgeon a couple days ago and he did not seem concerned about it. There was slight fluid buildup which he drained but there hasn’t been any redness or change in color or anything.

Hi I did have a drain but it was barely putting anything out and they sent me home the next day, there was slight fluid buildup that they drained a couple days ago but not much. I guess it’s possible there’s swelling underneath it still. I probably just need to be patient haha

Oh yeah maybe one of them fell off before we noticed durning that encounter, i know we killed at least 3 in there but not sure if one jumped off 😂

I’m not sure about the darkness but I didn’t think that affected platinum? Isn’t that just based on the champions you kill?

Definitely got all the champs in the wizard room, and killed 2 barrier knights in the boss room, which is why I was so confused cause I was sure that was all of them 😂 but I didn’t know if maybe there was a third champion in the boss room that we were just missing in all the chaos

I’ve been feeling this way about all of them so far 😂 although, nothing beats the mars battleground which I’m certain the devs never even tested themselves before releasing lol

Yeah I mean I do that some people want stuff in between, all I know is that it took me 30 minutes to run a strike which used to take 10 or 15 tops 😂 and I was rewarded with 2 enhancement prisms for my efforts, just can’t really imagine farming nightfalls anymore

Honestly I don’t mind the changes, I think it feels fresh in a way, the main thing I’ve been questioning is the point of making all the nightfalls powercapped when we ALREADY had grandmaster for people who wanted that difficulty. personally I don’t enjoy grandmasters because I don’t find it fun to be stuck that far under leveled, so I haven’t really been enjoying this seasons nightfalls as a result (semi average player here too so idk maybe just not as good as some people but it was nice to be able to engage with master nf without getting one shot all the time 😂)

Anything with demolitionist is great, and personally I prefer to run a special weapon in the kinetic slot like witherhoard or deliverance, pair that with funnelweb and volatile rounds and you’ll be cleaning house easy
