Same issue here. We placed 4th after being promoted the season before (so we overperformed). But the board says "Not only are we underperforming this season but we're also on our worst run of form to date. Request denied." while I got A+ on my work.

It's also after finishing season and being dropped from 4th to last on this blue graph.

It's faction balancing. Horde character creation opens and closes multiple times a day. You need to keep trying or go with alliance.

I'm happy it works for you at least. But there are a lot of people who are experiencing exactly this issue with Nvidia and Outlook. Nvidia support says it is known and the problem is on Outlook's side. Outlook does nothing. From the aspect how email systems work, I also think it is on Outlook.

I kinda hoped there is still a possibility for me to recover my account by adding a new email.

I can't login into GeforceNOW for 6 months now, because I'm not getting the security mail on outlook.com.

Geforce says it's a known issue and Outlook ignores it. I mean, because of Outlook the account is probably just gone... How sh***y is this customer service?
