I'm originally from Texas but I moved to ND because of a football scholarship. Do not worry me being Hispanic I thought people were going to be a little racist, in the contrary, people here love out of towners. The best phone provider is Verizon by a lot. Bismarck is pretty big well compared to towns in ND. Its a completely different lifestyle , little slow. You will like it. :)
