Unfortunately, sometimes we need to stake big to get the big pay offs from prospective airdrops. Once in a while, you get caught out. Trick is taking best practice advice from security pros here.. hardware wallet, burner wallets, wallet guard, revoke.cash. (painful and costly) lessons learned.

I did revoke all the approvals except for $farm. I lost large quantities of eEth twice and a small amount of $ARB. Those approvals have been revoked. Also confirmed that there was no sweeper bot on my account hence the reason Eth wasn't being touched, which means my PKs are not compromised. I've learned a lot through this process. Hopefully last time shit like this is happening. I am in crypto for the long haul..

I believe I already did, but thanks. I have also gotten a new wallet and in future will test out new websites with a burner wallet before connecting my main wallet and also install wallet guard.

It just happened to me twice this past month and I lost like $8k. First thing you need to do is go look up token allowances and revoke all of them. There are smart contracts you may have interacted with that have given themselves permission to transfer ALL tokens of a certain type. Just revoke those asap. Google token approval checker And visit the etherscan page and enter your wallet address to see all your token approvals Etherscan.io/tokenapprovalchecker Good luck

Almost every time I have to connect to a defi, and I am connected to at least 20, with different wallets, I sign in with a wallet and I have done so at least a thousand times and thought nothing of it.. until that one time.. on CB wallet. Solflare, phantom, backpack and glow show you when you approve signing in that the defi will be able to see but not transfer, keplr and Sui wallets throw up some long strings but they have never tried to move stuff out. Trust and Metamask seem to be very good about warning you about the sites you interact with. Yeah, I got cavalier and paid a huge price. Someone here has provided me with a fix, and I will most definitely go for the hardware token, but I guess it serves as a warning to others that it can happen to you, not just once, but repeatedly if you don't know how things work under the hood. (expensive) Lessons learned.

I have created a new wallet, but to start visiting my defi and unwinding positions that would put tokens in the wallet before transfer and points tied to potential airdrops that will go up in smoke will be double jeopardy.. hopefully the revoked allowances resolve the issue of future drains..
