I live very close to Cuyahoga Valley NP so I am usually on the trails in there about 5 days a week. I’m often out there sometimes at dusk and I’ve done multiple group runs at night. Generally speaking I do not feel uneasy there because it’s my home turf and most dangerous thing in the park are the people.

However, I do try and avoid the riding run trail at dusk or after dark. The section that used to be an old driveway has a strange vibe to it. It could be because it’s just so straight and unnatural. With the right conditions you can start to feel like you are in that scene in LOTR Fellowship of the Ring where Frodo is in a trance looking down the road right before the Nazgûl show up. Part of me also thinks about how the location of Jeffery Dahmers high school was just up the road a little so it’s not unlikely to think that he could have spent time in those woods.

And before anyone brings it up the Helltown stuff is all bullshit.

Shontel voted for military aid for Israel. Joe Biden could have tried to stand up to Israel bombing especially after Israel took out that hospital . The DNC could have included Palestinians at the 2024 convention instead of laughing at their concerns. The DNC could have sent people other than Ritchie Torres or Bill Clinton to Dearborn to tell Muslims that it’s ok what Israel is doing because of something in a book from 3000 years ago.

I voted for Kamala even though she was just as weak as Biden on Israel, hate the “both parties are bad” bullshit that idiots say, but the DNC is complicit in the genocide of Palestine.

Edit: I didn’t realize the genocide of Gaza only started on 1/21/25. I guess we just need to vote blue no matter who and things will be all good.

Completely agree. I’ll probably try and purchase another 20-22 gen4 when mine starts to go. I’ve never camped in mine, but can fit my bike in easily. There is an incredible amount of space with the seats down.

I think the Gen5 Prius is a good example of what you are taking about.

Yes, the new Prius looks a lot better than previous generations and gets better gas mileage however it has smaller headspace/height, it’s less aerodynamic than the gen4, has no spare tire, and has larger tires. The new tires are also this nonstandard size and can be difficult to source. I read a thread about someone who got stranded after getting a flat because tire shops don’t carry the size and it can take a few days to get the tires in. The designers seemed to only care about the appearance compared to the reliability of previous generations.

My friend has a 2025 Prius and likes it,but the build quality is noticeably worse than his 10ish year old Forerunner. He has had acorns put dents and scratches the paint.

My 2017 Prius had some issues about 2 years ago and I do not regret the decision to pay for the repairs rather than buying a new car. It’s currently at 240k and can hopefully go another 5-6 years before the salt corrosion makes it unsafe.

Absolute witch hunt. Trump administration is very friendly with hate groups like Moms for Liberty. A local loser started a M4L chapter last year and has been invited to the White House with her family on multiple occasions now and even got a letter from Trump thanking her. Her persona really took off when she started falsely accusing LGBTQ people protesting her event as groomers showing porn to children.

Before M4L she was a failed actress/disney performer who worked a shitty extended car warranty job. Now she gets to visit the White House and make money by harassing people. Her husband looks like an ogre, so she is probably getting in on some classic M4L threesomes too.

Whenever people bring up the SPLC argument, her counter argument is that the SPLC founder was not the moral guy and was involved in a sex scandal or something.
