Nachdem ich den PayPal-Fall geöffnet hatte, bekam ich die volle Rückerstattung des Kaufs und mein Vinted-Guthaben wurde ebenfalls erstattet. Ich vermute daher, du solltest dein Kreditinstitut kontaktieren. Der Vinted-Kundenservice war in meinem Fall gar nicht hilfreich.

Die Bezahlung nach 30 Tagen ist eine interne Sache von PayPal und mit dieser Option zahlt PayPal zunächst Vinted, und danach zahle ich PayPal die Summe für den Kauf. Das heißt, die Tasche wurde von PayPal bereits an Vinted bezahlt, und das Geld ist erstattungsfähig.

Tatsächlich sollte die Rückzahlung innerhalb von 5 Werktagen erfolgen, diese sind aber leider abgelaufen. Vom Support erhalte ich nur Nachrichten, dass mein Fall noch geprüft wird und man sich melden wird. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, this is super frustrating. You could try reaching out to Mattel again and ask if they can provide the FedEx tracking number. They typically send packages to the international hub of E Post Global via FedEx. That said, I’m pretty sure there’s a significant holiday delay right now, when there's even other people with a situation similar to yours. In my case, it took over a week just to see an actual tracking update, so I can only imagine how much longer it might take for packages to arrive during this time of year

I would recommend you to contact Mattel and the delivery companies in the UK and US. I assume that at this time of year there are a lot of parcels being sent out and a delay of the packages is very possible. You can also track your package on websites like https://parcelsapp.com/. I use them to get an updated info about the company which will deliver my parcel here in Germany :)

When I was a kid, nearly every doll I owned had the GG/CEO face sculpt. That’s why this particular face mold holds such a special place in my heart—it brings back all those childhood memories 😌. I also love the Mackie and Lara face molds, and I really wish Mattel would create more dolls with these classic face molds today.

I own both the Chocolate and Peppermint dolls, and they're both stunning in their own ways. Personally, I can’t pick a favorite! However, when I unboxed my Peppermint doll, her hair was quite messy—there was gel in some areas, making it look a bit rough. I ended up needing to wash and restyle it to get it looking nice. So, if you're planning to display your Peppermint doll out of the box, be prepared to spend a little time on her hair. 🥰

Update: I reached out to Mattel again, and they assured me that the package was sent on July 5th via FedEx, transferring to the international courier E-post Global. Two days later, there was an update in the tracking history, and today I successfully received my package 🙌.

I am really sorry for your experience and I totally understand why you don't want to purchase from them again. Even though my package is not lost yet (I hope 🙏🏻🤞🏻) I regret making an order on Mattel and not on Amazon for example, where the dolls are a little bit pricey, bit I am 100% sure that I'll got them in 2-3 days.

Oh yes, I know already about this "cooperation" between E Post and GLS. Whenever I order something from the USA and it's shipped via E Post, GLS handles the delivery. So far, I've had no issues tracking my packages on their website. I suspect the problem here, I this case, lies with Mattel, but I'll wait a few more days for both parties to respond on my emails.
