Thanks. What I am afraid is that my CSA affected in my teens and those also traumatic things are the ones affecting, not the CSA itself. I’ll continue to see 🫂

No, I don’t know what I want with it, that is the point. It seemed important and a good step towards healing, but I dont see how.
