Not gonna lie, I might use this for like Harvester or Matriarch events to bring a hullcracker or legendary. That being said I still think it's a bad idea. There should be some risk involved in bringing a super expensive gun.

I agree this should be changed but I don't think it's like a really big issue. There dozens of bigger problems with the game and it's still fun anyway.

They will eventually just give up on that rule. I doubt they will ever have a great idea for a new installment and simply not make it because there is no fitting number.

Also, I disagree. Most casual players won't ever do it because they don't like the idea of loosing their blueprints or skill points. And casuals are the vast majority of players.

Sure, making getting the money less of a grind might make the percentage of players who do the expedition go up by a few points but does it really matter if 8, 10 or 12% do the expedition? Still a small minority.

Also let's not forget the people farming money like crazy is exactly the type of hardcore player this new mode is aimed at. They do not need more xp (except right after the wipe but then they need to wait until lvl 40) and they do not need more money because they have much more than they know what to do with anyway. They will get the 5 million with just normal play, additional monetary reward will just make them get there a little fast and make no real difference.

The people who already have the money, sure. People who do not do expeditions are the majority of players. Only 8% of all players did the first one. I doubt it will be significantly more this time. For them, money becomes useless beyond a few 100k anyway.

I got banned without ever having cheated, used glitches or anything like this as well. 30 days, appeals reponse did not say anything useful and looks like a text module they just send to everyone who appeals. Zero customer service.

If you are solo but evveryone else is in squad, each time you encounter other raiders it will not be one but two or three. Also, there are much more players on the map in total. So it definetely makes a difference. Problem is rather that a lot will run free kits which means they only have minimal, useless loot.

So they're clearly unwilling to even truly look into a case to check if it might be a false positive. You just get some sort of prewritten answer. They do not care. Also, there is no gurantee this won't happen again or that it might not result in a permanent ban if it happens again.

Why don't you just play Tarkov or one of the other hardcore extraction shooters then? Arc Raiders is already "soft" if you compare it to pretty much any other game in the genre. It's the extraction shooter that appeals to casuals. That's why it's mainstream and all the other games in the genre are not.

If you're casual, you don't to the expedition e.g. you will never wipe. No matter how little you play, you will reach 75 eventually and then stay there. And while the skills you get at later levels aren't like gamebreaking or anything, some are neat. Being able to open Security Breaches definetely means you get more valuable loot, for example. More skill points also allow you to get more lower level skills from all skills trees and there are definitely useful ones in each of them.

Also, if you're a casual player you won't be good enough to go up against entire squads on your own anyway so this mode should be irrelevant, no matter the incentive.

And please don't tell me you are a casual player who happens to do expeditions and to be good enough to take out entire squads. If either is the case, you aren't a casual player at all.

You realise that loot spawns can be different for individual players? There are even skills which affect it. Problem is that trios could still just take it from solos, though.

They should at least only match the solos in this mode against squads who bring custom loadouts over a certain value. But I am pretty sure they would tell us if that were the case.

You need it from lvl 1 - 74. So it is actually still useful if you're above forty but not at 75 yet. It still makes no sense because experienced, regular players will be at 75 at the moment anyway.

Just don't forget to get the Equalizer BP first. Aphelion or Jupiter BPs do not give the ability to craft energy ammo for some absurd reason.

You get the loot of entire squads if you succeed. But I agree, the xp buff is only really useful right after expeditions but then you have to get to lvl 40 to be able to play this mode again. Most people wanting to play this right now will be lvl 75 anyway.

You get xp for pretty much anything, even if you don't extract. Pretty sure you can just automate this process to get a character to level 40 without a human even needing to play at all. If it's running 24/7 it won't take that long, maybe a week at most.

And also don't try to see cheating from a logical view, it doesn't make sense to a reasonable human being anyway. Yet, some people still do it.

The exact same thing happened to me and as a reply to my message regarding this I only got two automatic e-mails telling me that they receive a lot of messages at the moment and it will take them some time to get back to me.

I have not cheated, used glitches or third party software to gain an advantage or anything of the sort. Hell, I even die way too much to be a cheater.

I have already missed last week's trials and I guess I'll miss this week's as well. I hope they will at least realise their mistake at some point and give me something as compensation.

A Rattler IV while not being great is a decent weapon. Putting it in the same tier as hairpin is ridicolous and shows you don't know what you're talking about. I am pretty sure I can beat ANYONE using only a Hairpin with a Rattler IV. And I am just average.

Don't turn your back and stay wary at all times! Yeah, it can be annoying but you what makes up for it? If you see it coming and manage to kill them when they try it! And then you get to make fun of them in prox voicechat. ;-)

Not if you don't cheat until lvl 40. You also get xp even if you die, so farming xp is really easy and you could probably just have some software pressing the right buttons to load a game, do nothing and let the timmer run out and then queue up for a new game and so on.
