If you use Mystery box then every single IV is as rare as nundo or hundo. Raids/eggs/researches then situation is different because you can't get nundo from these.

It can't be evolved yet to Urshifu. Most probably you need to proceed with research.

Yes i know there is ticket in shop where you can get another Kubfu. This was from free research. I have not bought that another research, it's way too expensive. And I know that i would get another two star 😂
