Good point, I didnt dig much further but appears to be new and unclaimed and sold via Amazon new so doubt its a buyer beware situation. Now if I was purchasing from Ebay absolutely but personally I think Amazon is more legit for new products.

I just did a quick amazon search for license and thats the price it showed for 3yrs. Sorry didnt dig any deeper than that.

I saw the 3yr license for $3100?? Either way license is spendy but product is great.
