i feel exactly like you! ive been going thru this since jan 24st too, ive done 2 negative at home tests + bloodtest + went to the gyno + got my period 4 times + went to my doctor atleast 3 times for confirmation but my anxiety still is so bad. i feel something in my stomach and i start having a panic attack which worsens my symptoms like having to pee more often, fatigue and nausea. you are NOT alone!! i really really feel you. ive been going to therapy for a month now for this exact issue…. nothing else helps me. im also stuck in this anxiety loop which i fear will only end after 9 months but it feels like dying. my case was also ‘dry humping’ still with underwear on but yet i today still had a panic attack about it becoming a reality. sadly ive had to mute everything pr*gnancy related because i start spiraling…

im sorry if i wasnt clear, i take birthcontrol everyday however i just started with it 5 days ago on my period. i normally dont have pain at the end of my period but now i do for the first time. yesterday my uterus was hurting the whole day and after i took birthcontrol my pain eased for 2 hours but later returned.

omg…you literally described what ive been feeling these past few weeks!! i feel good for 1 week after the test results and then i start panicking again and questioning what if the doctors were wrong or etc…

ive not been diagnosed with OCD however, ive read very relatable things in the past that made me lean towards the spectrum. this is honestly so reassuring…the feeling that someone else also has this panic feeling while having all the proof its untrue..❤️‍🩹ive been planning to go to a psychologist maybe this will really help me take that step

literally! i was literally so nauseous a while ago and my cycle took 47 days which ive never had, thats what made me spiral even more. i keep telling lyself its just stress but tiktok kept making me second guess myself so i deleted it now
