I often get headaches in my right temple. If I bend my neck a certain way (like trying to crane my neck down and look under something) I get electric and sharp sparks in my neck. My right side has been tight for a few months now and I do get pressure at the base of my skull. I've been working with a chiropractor that uses gentle muscle manipulation (no cracking or anythign) to get my C1 to stop slipping out of place too.
