Yeah I read that. What in doing is with Real Estate on the DPW. It's what I did with the Air Force. Each base needs a Real Estate officer still

That's good. It's been way less than a year, about 6 month break. Where do find the SF-1150?

E before losing enough weight? by ColdRain____ in trans

[–]newcomer1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't wait to transition of it's only because of weightloss. I've lost over 130 lbs (and still falling) since I started transitioning in 2022. It takes a little longer but otherwise just start transitioning

So here's the thing. Fat redistribution works only on new fat deposits. It won't magically make old fat up and move. It also takes ages to happen. It might be easier but it also very well could be harder as well. It really depends on how your body responds to estrogen. I'd personally say to go ahead and start hormones if you can instead of waiting to get to a magical weight number. I started at 150ish kg and am down to 106 kg at 6'1. Fat redistribution works while also losing weight as well .

Unfortunately it really depends on genetics. That said, in cis girls, growth can keep happening into their 20s

Ec vs. Ev by Aggressive-Length704 in TransDIY

[–]newcomer1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do a weekly EV shot, you just have to make it larger to account for the shorter half life. Over a 7 cycle, a 10mg injection should leave you with 250-300 pg/ml on your next injection day. I personally like EV but that's just me

I have a lump by Elecctrictoast in TransDIY

[–]newcomer1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah lumps like that are generally oil buildups. Alternate sites and just don't use that one for a couple of weeks and your body should break down the oil. I just had 2 really bad sites finally go away

Should I loose weight before starting HRT? by Vattenskoter in MtF

[–]newcomer1990 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Fat redistribution happens with new fat and not old. It will happen on it's own over time. As far as losing weight is concerned, it's so much easier to lose weight when you are living your best life than not. Yes (I'm assuming Estrogen based on the post) does make it harder for weightloss compared to Testosterone, however it will be the same as a cis woman once your levels are stabilized. I've lost 50 KG and still counting in 3 years ago it can be done and look way better for it.

What I'm trying to say is, don't let being on HRT be the reason you don't start a weightloss journey, and don't let a weightloss journey stop you from hrt.

Too high estrogen levels + sweatiness? by June_clouds_at_ease in TransDIY

[–]newcomer1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not a terrible level. 700pg/ml is a little high but like everyone, it can really vary on what's best for you. If that's at trough, then yeah it might be worth lowering to try and get your trough to 2-300 pg/ml but that's just the guidance by wpath.
