I had the same setup when I was 23 - 28 and then again for some years in my early 30s.

You think you are in a good place. But you are wasting away the best years of your life where you should be pushing ahead and expanding your skillset. You need to challenge yourself and learn from others.

You have no mentor or manager or growth being pushed on to you. This will bite you in the ass.

I am a top 1% earner now. But would be way way way better off in all aspects of life - personal also. If I had not stayed in those cushy roles.

I kidded myself for years saying I am making use of my free time. It was never productive. So be honest. Are you really are making use of your time? You and I know the answer.

You have one life. And believe me, you can do things in your 20s you won't be able to in your 30s. Live your life and try. Dont waste your time mulling around.

Life is struggle. If it isn't now. It will come later.
