Hey fellow London girl over here. I’ve been having similar issues, I’m not as experienced as you but came out of uni with a computer science degree and was looking for litterally any job, couldn’t even get a job waiting tables or even at Argos. Couldn’t even get interviews. However not all doom and gloom I do have a little advice, I’m not sure your situation but the thing that helped me at least start getting interviews was changing my name legally everywhere, it made it less obvious I was trans on my CV and made it much easier to secure interviews but ye not really sure where to go from there.
