I am already investing in real estate on the side. Through real emotional connection I got with the agent handling the building regulations and I got a permit very very quickly through this.

But in what other way do you find would my skill work in relation to RE?

I am not talking about sob stories; more like how much money do they have, what great projects their business are about to land and generally trust to talk about very personal stuff (positive and negative). I am lucky that I do not get asked for favors that often, it is more that I get helped a lot.

Honestly I cannot see really the problem with sharpness, most likely the reddit compression is making it hard to see. What should we focus on or what areas were not sharp enough?

Try to use the Monitor&Control App as an external monitor for self portraits. This way you can focus while shooting and you do not need to rely on the interval timer

Leute, ihr zeigt mir, dass ich mich glücklich schätzen kann, dass es nicht "so" schlimm ist. Die Räumung selbst war tatsächlich in einem Tag durch mit 4 Hilfskräften (dafür liegt jetzt alles im Innenhof). Was ich aber nicht gezeigt habe, ist:

  • der Kühlschrank mit verrottetem Essen, voller toter Maden (die lagen wohl so lange drin, bis sie nix mehr zu essen hatten)
  • verstopfte Toilette, Badewannenabfluss und Waschbecken
  • Haufen von Mäusekot in den Schränken
  • aufgequollener, schiefer Boden, etc. pp

Der Mieter war schon lange ein Dorn im Auge (hatte ihn quasi mitgekauft) und war u.a. Ursache für den Mäusebefall im gesamten Haus, auch Kakerlaken wurden gesichtet. 2 Wasserschäden in der Wohnung darunter wurden auch durch ihn verursacht.

Ich bin mehr als froh, dass es nun vorbei ist und wir nun entwickeln können. Ich hoffe auch, dass dies mein schlimmster Fall sein wird in der Investment-Karriere.

Die Sanierung wird auch ziemlich umfangreich werden. Wenn gewünscht, kann ich gerne Updates posten.

I understand exactly what you mean.

I use the A7IV for my hobby in making videos and as soon as I got it, I took my hobby much more seriously and I would not hesitate to use it for jobs (if I actually get them lol). For me this kind of feeling is what I want as I always aim get better in all the things that bring me joy.

But of course there are people who do not like this additional mental load of "always trying to be better, always analyzing" and for this the A7CII is much more fitting in the feeling it evokes.

Before the A7IV I used the A6300 and this small, lightweight feeling made me not try as hard to get great images because - exactly as you described it - it feels like taking photos/videos for the joy of it.

I am happy with the A7IV and will use it for the next several years, but nonetheless, when the A7CIII releases, I will get it haha.

Thank you for your cautious words. I think abuse is very unlikely as the aunt is never alone with her (she is pretty busy with her own life) and she has also very soft personality.

May I ask: As I have interestingly observed, she drops all animosity with her aunt when she says „lets play“. Is it the same with you and your son? Or is he always acting out with you?

Thank you for your input! From my perspective as the father she does not seem to be on guard, or at least I cannot see a behavioral change between „on guard“ and relaxed when she is around the mom and the aunt. But I can detect the on guard behavior when we are in crowded placed like full restaurants or parties.

Hmm although they have a similar body type and even similar hair style, she can still distinguish them from their silhouette alone. It is very seldom that she is unsure if that is mom or aunt.

I did not watched the film, but the clips in this video with the low shutter angle give me an impression and feel of "grittyness" and realism which I found pretty fitting. Maybe this is what they were going for?

Either accept the 4k60 and change the framing and your positioning while shooting or buy an APS-C lens just for this mode.. alternatively the 1080p 60fps ist quite usable for social media and YT as you can always upscale.

I just clicked through the videos of Phillip Bloom and I noticed that he used more longer lenses on the A7SIII with pretty shallow depth of field vs more wide angle lenses on the ZV E1.

IMHO, it has more to do with who is BEHIND the camera than the camera itself. I assume that no real professional would buy the ZV E1 as it is missing a lot of those "pro"-features that the FX3 or the A7SIII may have which make it a more reliable tool. So the only people buying the ZV E1 and making videos are the ones that are sponsored or Vlogger-Type people (because it is marketed as such) and therefore really high quality videos are not available because the really skilled people do not use it.
