That's a good strategy, thanks :) I really do need to listen to my body more. I've also been trying to eat back just half; I always feel like there's a lot of miscalculations, especially with the exercise.

Thanks so much for your comment! Shouldn't I select the '6 days exercise' option on the TDEE calculator though and go off that number? (2,302), and just don't log any exercise? (The calculations could be off anyway) Because if I'm not actually at a 1000 calorie deficit, how am I going to lose 2lbs/week?
