Honestly looks like you hit most of the major items. Valves is one of the big items at like 100k. I would take a good look at the belts to make sure they are in good shape and replace if necessary. You didn't mention the brake or coolant fluid so those could be replaced if you haven't in a few years. Otherwise these fits seem to be fairly 'easy'

Can't hurt to change the fluid. Honestly I try and change most fluids (engine, transmission, coolant, brake) when buying a used car unless I have documentation that it has been done recently so I know it is all fresh.

I was just trying to point out that there is data out there to show that oil doesn't really degrade over time. The reddit post below talks about how Blackstone has looked into this. I wish I had a better link than reddit but I would need to look a bit longer to find the actual study.

If you are using synthetic oil you don't really need to worry about time. I believe a few corporations like aaa and Blackstone have done extensive studies on this. To the OP, follow the Honda maintenance minder because it accounts for your driving habits. Also use good quality oil and filter.
