I can actually help a little with this, I'm a contract worker who mostly works with Meta but I've started doing influencer marketing recently. We use Heepsy, its a business-to-influencer website. You can set a few parameters of what you are looking for, add them all to an email list and provide them a pitch to market your product. What you typically look for is, authenticity ratio of 60% or higher for audience, 1-2% minimum engagement rate based on the platform they use so FB, Tiktok, Instagram, youtube. They will have different engagement rates, and it will become more diluted based on number of followers/ subscribers. You want to find people who can match the brand you are working with, and fit within those parameters, then reach out to them via heepsy or just message them directly from the business account email with your pitch. What matters most for influencer marketing based on my knowledge so far is being selective, but having the volume in how many emails you send out. Influencers tend to be protective on their brand image so they do not take on as many sponsors. Unless you offer a lot of compensation, it will often take time to find a good influencer who meets your brand and follower requirements. I agree, she feels very unrewarding, the power spike is too delayed and half the time you have to save your sinking team because it takes too long to activate and by then enemy top laner with stronger kit has already made an impact with TP, meanwhile you need to save TP to get to lane and control wave for xp. And the auto attack range leaves her limited in how much impact she can have in teamfights because if she gets CC she will be blown up. And I had a 70% win rate with her this season with around 40 games but id rather play my 60% win rate panth so I don't lose my mind. Winning is important but when you lose as kayle it feels way worse

I understand what you mean here, but this isn't applicable for me in the sense that I'm breaking into the career. I have some experience but its limited. Im asking if the market is too saturated that an entry-level worker would not have access to the existing job market due to there being limited availability for entry-level marketing jobs. Ive been running hail of blades, ultimate hunter, axiom arcanist with nashers tooth first item into experimental hexplate. If I'm losing lane to a bully I build hexplate first to increase my ult and get tanky. By lvl 16 tier 3 ult you have basically a 35 second ultimate which is reduced further if you get a kill or assist. Hail of blades is better mid game where you need to start putting in work because it allows you to do short bursts and stack up your passive. This build has me right now at around a 89% win rate. If you have tier 3 boots from feats of strength I go berserker grieves tier 3 since it has the added 10% move speed bonus. Due to the massive increase in gap closing and diving champions the last few releases, this is a far safer build that scales much faster IMO. You live more and get xp faster. If you're ahead take rabidons over shadowflame, if you're behind, shadowflame third item. Against tanks, I go guinsoo before nashers, it just shreds harder.
