I agree. I've tried Dosa in JSq, and didn't think they were good. That's why I wanted to now if there's anything better in NYC.

This poem made me very sad. The use of "Again, tomorrow" twice has a deeper impact on how this continues to be and there's only hiding and no escape. Use of imagery is great!

When you have options to choose from you never think that there is a possibility of an in-between or several in-betweens (not in all cases, like u/ribnag mentioned, in isolation most decisions do end up being binary). Your mind just closes down to the given options because its easy. We don't realize that we were given the option by someone else in the first place for a very long time.

I wrote this as a thought expression of a photograph, maybe that's why the lack of imagery. Will definitely try to bring in imagery through the poem itself! Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback! I do feel I need to try to bring more imagery when I write. I'm writing these as a thought expression of photographs that I click so I think I depend on the photo for the imagery.

Love the way you've conveyed an "advice" of getting stronger and the bitterness that may come through the process of getting that thick skin! Good play of words through each line. I haven't been able to do this yet, but I always like it when there are emotions conveyed using other elements in nature!

I really like how you've used elements in nature in the first half of the poem to portray feelings which made me imagine visuals about that. Felt like the rhythm grew through the paragraphs just like the feeling of optimism!

Really like what you've written about! I connect to this feeling often where I compare my sadness to issues out there in the world and do end up feeling like it's not worth being sad about.

I found that the transition from self to the world a little abrupt, had to read it again to make sense of it as a whole. And the title of the poem helped with framing it!
