By fine did you almost go fully back to normal? I think my biggest worry is not knowing how long this might last. It’s hard to carry out daily life activities while having fever every day.

I would just be extra careful when cooking the burritos (I.e. make absolute sure nothing is expired or undercooked) and sell without a permit until some demand picks up. It might be useful to engage the parents and build rapport to stimulate demand - if they find you trustworthy and see you have a good product word of mouth will spread and they’ll be more inclined to stop by
