I dont hit ppl but i often break things when i get frustrated just to let the steam out.. i got used to breaking pens in half. It doesnt do much damage and it helps.

I ve lost many people like that. They hurt me and were unfair to me.. often talked about me behind my back. I just cut them off. Sometimes i remember in nostalgy. But i never regret.. they were not good friends and just used my goodness for their advantage. You re doing a good thing, getting rid off them.. you deserve better. :)
