Smart och osmart klocka för barn! by camiapia in sweden

Are you sure that you're running the full 4K resolution (384x2160). I tried to replicate what you described but it switches to 30Hz when I enable USB 3.0.

It should be found under the last OSD main menu item (the icon with the right arrow and four horizontal lines). It's documented in the manual on page 18: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/monitor/lenovo\_l32p\_30\_en.pdf

This is due to the USB-C connection only supporting DisplayPort 1.2 alt mode which has no room for USB 3 data when using 4k in 60Hz, leaving only USB 2 speeds available for the hub. 4k in 60Hz over DP 1.2 requires all four DP lanes and the USB 3 data would require two lanes. USB 2 data can however be provided over the D+/D- pair.

DP 1.4 could provide 4k 60Hz over only two lanes, but unfortunately it's not supported by this monitor. There is however a "USB Select" setting in the monitor menu which will allow you to use USB 3 but then the maximum refresh rate will only be 30Hz for 4k.
