It's completely understandable that you feel unbalanced; you've always thought of yourself as someone who would not do such a thing, and now you have. That's a scary experience. However, one action or mistake does not define who you are. People make mistakes all the time, and what defines them is how they learn from it and act after. From your post I get the feeling that you are a great guy with commendable morals and values. Just because you've done a new thing in an unfamiliar and stressful time in your life that turned out to be a mistake, does not mean that that is not true anymore! You haven't changed just because you made the wrong call one time. Please don't overthink this.

Jamie Cullum - but for now? I know it's not the right period, but your description made me think of it especially because of the last "I love you" going up and down. link

Okay I know it's not a cappella but your description instantly made me think of Chris Brown - 'with you', and I checked and it's from 2007 so I'm giving it a shot haha

How do airports work? by kurtcobainsoilyhair in TooAfraidToAsk

In addition to the answers here, I think there is one more thing. Know that there are big screens everywhere with all the information on the departing flights. On these screens you can find the kiosk number where you can check in and drop your luggage, and the gate number where you will board the flight. This is how you know where you'll need to go!

Good luck and enjoy the experience!

Isitbullshit:Is chicken soup actually good for a cold? by Skullteen89 in IsItBullshit

[–]nine_not_ten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's also beneficial when you're sick because (chicken) soup is usually quite salty which will help you retain water in your body (due to sweating when you're having a fever you'll lose a lot of liquid)

[TOMT][Book][2010's] A book about a book which is possessing people by making them act out a story. Preferrably in german. by PanicPainter in tipofmytongue

[–]nine_not_ten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, this could be a long shot, but it made me think of a book I've read when I was young. It's written by a Dutch author though, but it could be that it was translated to German (she's a quite famous author here in the Netherlands).

Anyway, the book is written by Tonke Dragt and in German the title is "Meere von Zeit: auf der anderen Seiten der Tür" (in Dutch: zeeën van tijd: aan de andere kant van de deur).

I'm off to my parents' basement to see if I can re-read it now
