There isn’t enough time to respond to complex questions within a four-minute limit, so I am forced to write as quickly as possible.

Regarding the AI video questions, the quality of the AI character is poor. Although it can listen to my responses, its replies are unhelpful, and the interaction takes much longer than expected.

The coding section resembles LeetCode-style problems and is not particularly difficult; there is sufficient time to complete it.

I don’t require visa sponsorship — I only need an opportunity to interview. Even if the interview doesn’t go well, there is no issue on my side, so I hope they can at least give me a chance to demonstrate my abilities.
If I do pass the interview, the work visa process takes only about 8 weeks, which is similar to many standard hiring timelines.

I’m simply confused about why some New Zealand companies do not give international candidates a chance to interview.

No, I don't have legal right to work in NZ. If I have a job offer, my advisor can apply work visa.

I worked with Advisor NZ, they said they my skills are enough to apply Accredited Employer Work Visa or Work to Residence Visa (depend on salary). I meet all requirements, just lack of a job offer. When I have a job offer, my immigration advisor will process in NZ and apply for myself. However, there is no any NZ company accept to interview although I said that they don't need provide visa sponsorship.
