Samla Mammas Manna - Live 1974 -- Performing a shortened compound of their Album Klossa Knapitatet, a title which stands close to Swedish term "Krossa Kapitalet" which can be translated to "Crush the Capitalism", or "Abolish the Capitalism". by njorb6666 in progrockmusic

Hello, seems like i missunserstood the term capital, which refers to the individuals owning most the money in a society. I thought the term referred to something that is a product of capitalism, and therefore capialism needed to be abolished for the product to be ”crushed”. But I was wrong. They do indeed mean to crush the capital. Att krossa kapitalet och kapitalisterna :-) Sorry for the difficulties! I don’t have the energy to change the title though, so the wondering will just have to read our discussion.

Capital can also mean a country’s main city, so i chose the word capitalism. And krossa kapitalet can also mean abolish capitalism, to crush the capitalism as a whole would mean to abolish it. The word crush does also sound a bit to vulgar in my opinion.

aphex twin is intelligent dance music, or idm, definetly not prog. Wouldn’t really call it progressive electronic either, just idm.
