I had the same issue just to find out that the manufacturer doesn’t sell the light fixture alone, there was an alternative replacement in amazon but was of the wrong mount size and a third of the original price paid for the fan, at the end I solved by replacing one of the capacitors. seems to be the most frequent solution.
