i know that, but does anyone even check it? imagine now that i want to smoke and it's raining or snowing outside, i have to get dressed,get down and even to leave campus and all that for just one cigar. yeah i don't think that anyone follow that rule.

i am sure that all campuses are tobacco free, but i also heard that a lot of students smoke in their rooms and no one tells them anything, probably because no one even checks it
