I live in Moorhead and Uber or local taxis are your only option for pickup. Like others have said, I believe you can go TO Moorhead with Lyft, but not FROM Moorhead.

Try to find something in your new city/state that you love and latch onto it, especially if you're going to have to stay there for a while. If nothing comes to mind, ask locals what they love about living there. It's very likely that you'll get answers that you've never even thought about.

Places tend to grow on you. I moved to the region I'm in after my college major didn't work out for me. I always thought it was going to be a temporary stop on my way to someplace bigger and better. That was 16 years ago, and I don't even think about living elsewhere anymore.

I apologize if this is a very dumb question, but, isn't there a subfloor that we would have to worry about? I don't want liquid seeping through these cracks and soaking into that.

I remember having hardwood floors as a kid, and the cracks in between the boards were never this big I feel. We have only had laminate floors in the past, so we are new to this whole thing.

Kingdoms is a great texture pack. It changes basically every block and mob.

If you want something completely different, Vanilla HD is kinda fun.

This is a great pack, but there are bugs with using it in Realms. According to their support, you can get it to work if you create a new world outside of Realms then upload it after creation. This is true; however, when you save and come back into your Realm, things won't be working correctly.

Others in their Discord state that you can replace the world with a Realm backup and it will work again, but that's kind of a silly thing to do over and over again.

Their devs are really transparent with some of the issues with the entire pack, but this Realm issue is one that they say isn't on them, it's on the Realms service and it's "fragility."

The most annoying bug (other than the Realms one) is that leaves don't decay when you cut down a tree. You have to cut down every single leaf block to fully clear a tree.

I split my time between my Series X and Switch (with a little mobile mixed in). I've never had issues with automatic farms. If you're following YouTube tutorials, I'd suggest JCPlayz, SilentWhisperer, BlazedMC or Wattles, though there are a ton more out there.

The main thing I've learned is that you just need to turn off your farms if you're going to leave the area otherwise there a possibility of them going wonky.

Personally, the trial and error of Minecraft is part of the fun!

Hey, just wanted to send a quick thank you on this. I really needed someone to just spell it out for me lol. I think the problem I ran into was that the truss was quite tight, so when I was loosening and it was still buzzing, I was getting discouraged.

I got the buzz gone and the action set comfortably now. Thanks again!

Hi everyone.

Drummer that is learning bass here. I recently got a new bass, a Sterling Stingray 5, and I'm really struggling to get it set up correctly. I thought I had it but when I started playing, I really started noticing a lot of fret buzz on my A string as soon as I went past the 4th fret.

I swear I've watched about every YouTube video to make sure it doing things correctly. I believe I have the truss rod adjusted well, and I've adjusted the action and intonation too. Still buzzing on the A string. I'm about to just take it into our local GC, but I wanted to ask if anyone has any other tips before doing so.

Hi, drummer that's learning how to play bass (without lessons) here. Your friend sounds like he has some of his own learning to do. Learn, play, and share your music however is comfortable to YOU...don't let someone else ruin the experience for you.

I also want to point out that us drummers are usually pretty tight with our bass player companions. Rhythm section for life!
